Your Choices

“For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome” (Jeremiah 29: 11, Amp.).

Who shall ever separate us from Christ’s love? Shall suffering and affliction and tribulation? Or calamity and distress? Or persecution or hunger or destitution or peril or sword?

Romans 8:35, Amp.

Have you trampled upon by men? Have you been mistreated and told off by kins or friends? Or have you ever been treated so badly that you thought you would die?

Now, that’s hard!

Every man has his crossroads. A time when he has to make life-defining decisions. At such times, he or she is not only at stake but those involved are as well.

You decide whether you will be made or marred by every action or words you choose.

You also in retrospect have roles to play in the outcomes of your neighbors, friends, spouses, and those family members.

Trials, tribulations, and wins are major influencers in every decision you choose to make. Some have become so intoxicated with sudden wins that they trample on those around them. Also, some people have become so overwhelmed by their pains that they put God away and choose to inflict weightier pains on others. They do not care who gets ruined, they just want to have their fill.

Romans 8:35 asks, will you forget God because you are hurt, or have suddenly become powerful?

Everything is fleeting, time and seasons change, so will your situations as well. Will, you then allow those fleeting things to become rulers over your life, forgetting the Everlasting One as Unchanging One?!

Ah, the day of recompense is near! We will all give accounts of how we spent our lives before the Mighty Judge.

Let everyman check his ways and repent, for the judgment of God is near when everyone will eat the fruits of his deeds.

Don’t forget that you will not live forever. A time is coming when you will be defenseless yourself and wished you did well. God is angry with the wicked every day!

The word of the Lord is a two-edged sword. It can give death just as it gives life. Repent and throw yourself upon the foot of the Cross, towards the One who died to cleanse you of all your iniquities. Now is the time of grace, for a time will come when no man will be able to access the throne of grace anymore. This is your hour!
