Filtering the Noise, Staying Focused : Condemning the enemy
“No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me, Says the Lord.” (Isaiah 54:17 (NKJV)
This month we are seeing how we can filter out noises and stay focused on God. The enemy can attempt to distract us from our God by making a lot of noise trying to take our attention away from God and to the things he would rather have us preoccupied with.
Today we will be praying for the grace to stay focused and to be able to condemn every tongue that rises against us in judgment.
Father, we thank you for the privilege to be your children and for your Word that has given us the authority to condemn every tongue that rises against us in judgment.
Father, please give us the grace to put all our attention and focus on You, so that we will always know what Your perfect will is, irrespective of the situation.
Please, help us to do Your will always as You reveal them. In Jesus' name. Amen.
