Your Knees: Praise

This month, we are taking you through another series of WPPs, titled ‘your knees’. Today, our focus is on praise in terms of the knees.

When it comes to praising God, sometimes, people do not understand the angle that your coming from but the truth is that they do not need to understand. Praising God is not something you do calculatedly.

The one that you bow your knees to determines the one you praise.

When you praise someone, it means that you acknowledge the person as good and worthy of your praise.

There are two types of praise

  1. Genuine praise
  2. Ingenuine praise
Genuine Praise
Ingenuine Praise

Genuine praise is often without a format but comes directly from the heart and without a preconceived notion.

Ingenuine praise is often rehearsed and served with a format, but it is mere lip service and with an ulterior motive.

The state of your heart determines the quality of your praise.
