“And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits” (Daniel 11:32, KJV)
Testimonies of the Brethren (3)
Hello, fellow Citizens of the Father’s Kingdom!
With joy in our hearts, we write to you today. We bless the Holy Ghost for the refreshing times that He’s blessed us with over the days!
In our previous write-ups to you, we sat on what testimonies are and how we must understand their relevance to us as God’s children. Did you know that even God has testimonies? Yes, He does! God’s Words are His living testimonies to us-ward; this is one of the main reasons He will do everything and anything to preserve the upholding of His Words!
Halleluyah…!
When God in His infinite mercies brings us out of life-threatening situations and less serious situations, He expects that we tell it all abroad with the focus on Him, not on how much or how well we prayed and fasted before it manifested, not on how we persevered but on how His mercies came through for us, giving glory to Him in all because He will never share His glory or praise with us no matter how precious we are.
My Testimony
Many months back, I crossed a path that I wasn’t supposed to. In that particular path, I made many mistakes that further took me away from the will of God for me. The day I realized that I was on my way to Tarshish and perishing was imminent was a turning point of life and direction for me. Returning was not easy, but to the glory of His mighty name, Jehovah El-Gibbor, He mightily came through and is still coming through for me. We haven’t arrived yet, but I am sure that He will complete it Himself.
Dear Child of God, when you are faced with the situations of life, recount how God has saved some of His children in the past, rejoice in it, thank Him for it, and then tell Him you trust Him and know that He will come through for you. Do this for as long as it will take for you to get better. Trust God, your testimony is not far from now, you will sing, you will be happy, you will rejoice and you will dance too. It will be your turn to celebrate and be celebrated with in Jesus’ name. Rejoice, God loves you and He wants the very best for you!
Let us pray!
Dear Father, the One and Only Mighty God! The One who made the heavens and the earth by the Words of His mouth, His very beautiful and powerful mouth!
We know by Your words that the present sufferings of now are nothing compared to the glorious destiny that You have already prepared for us (Romans 8:18). To this, we say we are grateful and appreciate You Father in Jesus’ name.
Lord, by Your strength and mercy, let Your desire for us be accomplished and cause us to be living testimonies of Your mercies in the mighty name of Jesus.
Thank you Father because You hear us always in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen!
