My Testimony (7)

(Hebrews 13:5) “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee”.
2022 has been a year of pleasant surprises for me, this particular Bible verse gripped my heart and made me strong all through. God is faithful to his promises and answers our prayers in due season.
Indeed he never left me nor forsook me! Hmm… 2022 was a year where I doubted God’s Love for me because I failed an exam. I thought he didn’t love me enough not knowing that his ways and thoughts can never be like that of men.
God so good, I passed the exam in December. God simply reserved the best for the last and my Christmas gift came early. I realized that no one can love me as he does. (John 15:13) Greater love hath no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends”.
God is always intentional about us, I learnt never to doubt God again and shouldn’t let unanswered prayer take me away from God’s presence. Even though I struggled with my walk with God, He’s always there to pick me up despite my ignorance. I pray for strength and grace to be consistent in 2023.
This testimony is to encourage someone out there that God is intentional about you, He can never leave nor forsake you, even in your darkest night he is making something great out of you. just keep your faith alive and you will see the hand of God at work.
Blessed is he that trust in the Lord.
