THE GIFT OF JOY

Philippians 4:4 "Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice."

If you are reading from us now then you are about to experience with us one of the greatest times of reformation in ENIITANRC. The contents for this month will be the last before we take a major and indefinite break.

It’s beautiful writing at this time, these eight years have been redefining moments for me, from which I have learned, bent and twisted to different forms that have been required in my journey of faith.

Like Paul, I know what it means to have, hold on to, and let go of when need be.

Philippians 4:12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.

What do I have, that I did not receive?

1 Corinthians 4:7 For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?

I have learned that God is the Master builder and when sometimes He leads you to let go of a treasure He once gave you, it is to bring glory to Himself because He gave it to you at first. Hence, when He suddenly chooses to empty your can, it is because He has something better. And when He chooses to take away the whole can, it is because that can has become too small to contain the increase that He wants to bring upon you. He is the Master builder.

I am not afraid to pour my all like an offering, because I was only preserved for this cause—to be an offering, a precious mrrhy and fragrance to God.

Joy is a gift to mankind that only God can give, hence true joy can only be in seeking His will. Whether it is convenient or not, lasting joy is always in His will.

Behind every cloud is a silver lining.

Don’t be too big before God that you find it too hard to lay down your crowns.

James 4:10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up.
1 Corinthians 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them—yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
